Good App
I used this a couple of times and it did help relax me but I think its an app that takes practice to feel the full effect as with all meditation techniques.
The only thing Id change is the ability to surpass the into and be able to get right into the exercise rather than have to listen to it every time I run the app. I would like to use this is case of emergency if I feel anxiety attack coming on to be able to start doing the exercise as soon as possible.
